A specialized ticket management system for repair shops to track device repair status, manage spare parts inventory, and invoice clients.

The Challenge

Repair shops frequently lose track of customer devices, mismanage spare parts inventory, and struggle with transparent customer communication.

The Solution

Built a ticketing system where every device gets a unique QR code. Technicians can update the repair status in real-time, automatically adjusting spare parts inventory. Customers receive automated SMS updates about their repair status and digital invoices upon completion.
